Oh geeze. Lawfare time, everyone knows Im not a bigot. Ive been victimized / abused by women a LOT, and I came to a point where I wasn't taking it anymore. I have 4 daughters and a wife, and I am the minority who gets stepped on.

But this isn’t the place for that - But I feel the need to defend myself again.

A Court seems to believe that she’s un-deportable. That would suggest that she had done all the correct things well enough.

It also says, "Engan said she acknowledged overstaying her visa and was taken into custody at the Otay Mesa Detention Center for nine days." So the whole mess was completely avoidable and was entirely her fault. So no, she did not "do all the correct things well enough." A part of your article you must have overlooked. Again, pure hyperbolic emotionalism at work intended to pull at the heart strings of the pliable. But in reality, she was detained because of her status as an immigrant who overstayed her visa. Not because ICE is some gustapo making people suffer for the fun of it. Period.

They’re not doing it for fun. Detaining people and holding them at these private prisons is big business for this administration’s big donors. ICE is only working to make sure these people get their money’s worth and a return on their investment.

She isn't in Hawaii right now. She was visiting family. Would she be more deserving of sympathy had she been visiting relatives in Mississippi?
