I have a bit of a background in social sciences, and agree that normally a professional evaluation SHOULD involve the psychiatrist interviewing and assessing the patient in their clinic or hospital.
Narcissism is different.
Narcissists are some of the world’s best liars - to themselves as well as the psychiatrist.
Self-reporting from the narcissist is next to useless.
Even back in 2015, primitive Ai could diagnose a narcissist MORE accurately from their social media feed than than a psychiatrist running off self-reporting!

In other words, psychiatrists have a MORE accurate picture of who this man is and what he has from thousands of hours of public video recording his behaviour than from him sitting in their clinics lying to their faces.

It is incurable. It is permanent. He is NOT going to wake up one day with a change of heart.
IF this Administration were convinced they should enact the 25th, what should happen next?

IF they watched Reagan's rants against tariffs, and realised they had betrayed America letting this NPD hurt American free trade with friends.
IF they finally tired of congratulating Trump for every embarrassing brain-blurt that fell out of his unthinking pursed lips.
IF they decided it was time for the 25th....
How would this work?
