CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

I could only manage sixty seconds of plank and thirty pushups. I am so out of practice and shape... :ahah:

Day 4 of the ab-roller. Wanna talk about out of shape? :asd::ahem:
Can barely plank with it for a minute without having to break, but my progress is getting better.
Also, just finished a 3.5 mile trip on the treadmill, average speed 4.4 miles an hour until I hit 3 miles, then slowed or down to 3 to keep moving while I cooled off and caught my breath. I am not yet where I want to be, but I am getting there.
Haven't made it to Walmart to pick some dumb bells yet. Maybe after I shower.

I did get the weights from Walmart and have been using them twice a day, as well as the ab roller once and the treadmill once. Thinking about maybe trying jump rope to get "lighter on my feet".

Been cooking with almond flour a lot, trying to find some good substitute/alt recipes. Two whole cups of almond flour only has about 16 net carbs, so you can pancakes and things with a total of 2-4 carbs per thing, which is awesome-- or you can afford to add some sweetness to it and still have a reasonable, low carb dessert.
Made some pancakes that turned out fantastic. You almost wouldn't be able to tell it wasn't white flour.

I got excited and ordered some waffle iron plates for my panini press, and the the almond flour waffles turned out incredible

High fiber, high protein, low carb. 2 net carbs per waffle (before you add a syrup). And I use Pure Organic maple, which is lower on the glycerin index and better for you.

Egg bites or sheet pan eggs with cottage cheese. You can blend it and add it to pancakes/waffles as well or make your own protein powder to have on hand. There's recipes for online.

I do egg bites by whipping the eggs and adding my seasonings and cottage cheese and stuff, then putting it into a greased brownie pan.
