From what I have been able to gather, Friday 100 kids from a high school and unknown number of kids from another high school, staged a ICE Out protest. They walked out of class. According to local media, it wasn’t planned. But I doubt that is true.
There have been rumors that ICE agents are in my city but I can’t confirm it. I can’t confirm rumors either about outbreaks of violence. It looks like kids are just protesting Presidents Trump’s Policies.
It does appear that the schools are allowing students to leave their classes to protest. Nine students were arrested but I don’t know why. There were kids getting in the road and yelling at cars . Just any cars that came by.
There is not much about anything online except what I have shared. Something else.
Most of the kids are of the same race as the people who are getting picked up so they are taking it personally. I can understand that.
