CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

It's sad how many things nowadays are "pay per month" or "pay per year" instead of a one-time payment. It's way more expensive that way. You have to either be rich so you can afford to pay for things for the rest of your life, or you have to use them temporarily which often isn't worth it, or you have to do without.

I thank the Lord every day for all my friends, and I also thank Him that I'm getting my sleep again!
I don't know how I ever got through those four months of severe insomnia. It would take me hours to fall asleep most nights and then I'd wake up early and be unable to go back to sleep. The lack of sleep caused my anxiety to get worse than ever; I'd never felt so awful in my whole life! It was only with God's help that I made it through that difficult time. Thankfully, after restarting the medication I was having withdrawal from (which was the cause of the insomnia), my sleep improved. Now I'm almost back to the dosages of my meds that I was on before this happened, and my sleep is about 90% back to normal. I still can't seem to stay asleep past the time I normally wake up, but I'm able to get a good amount of sleep most nights and go back to sleep after waking up sometimes.
Also, I finished and uploaded chapter 16 of my story and started writing chapter 17.
