Please pray for my grandfather

This is a bit of an urgent post so please bear with me if it's a bit rush. My family just received word today that my grandfather is in the hospital. His heart is being attacked by several blood clots and he's in an incredible amount of pain. There is a good chance the doctors are looking to amputate his leg if things continue. Please keep him in your prayers. Thank you.

Hello all. Thanks for your prayers . I wanted to give everyone a bit of an update, being we've gotten a better understanding of the situation (my family visited my grandfather in the hospital, spoke to the doctors, etc). So long story short, my grandfather was hospitalized for a blood clot in his foot. However, the doctors noticed there is liquid surrounding his heart and it is struggling to function. They are encouraging one of two options:
A) Surgery on his foot to remove the clot/potentially add a stint
-- This would be best case scenario
B) Amputated the foot/leg completely
-This would most likely result in him giving up his fight for life entirely (my grandfather is very social, part of his life is keeping busy)

I do believe he could pull through with this whole situation, God willing. However, there is a lot going against him right now. My uncle is registered as his caretaker (being my family lives a few hours away) and is not looking out for his best interests. He said today he is hoping my grandfather gets his leg amputated so he can ditch him in a nursing home (and essentially leave him there to die). Unfortunately, it seems like he is only concerned with getting his house. My parents informed the doctor, but it seems like he's already done some damage with putting it in their minds that he doesn't wanna live. My grandfather does and even said he wants to fight this. But they have him on heavy drugs that are also impair any potential decisions. At this point, any surgery could mean his life (it hurts more knowing this is the same facility where my grandmother passed as well). Please keep him your prayers. We really need God to make a mighty move, sort of speak and heal his foot- even if it's through the medications he's on now. Thank you.

Another update - the doctors have forced my grandfather to make a decision, regarding amputation within 24hrs. This is in spite of knowing his heart is in no condition for it (they have said he is very high risk). They originally mentioned giving his heart some time to recover with medication but now there is an urgent push without any concern for it (there's no infection in his foot either). My family is worried he isn't going to make it. It feels like we're fighting a losing battle.

I should have also mentioned this before. The location he is staying at (Vazar) has extremely low reviews, and a reputation for their doctors not doing what's best for the patients. The cardiologists there were also very confrontational when questioned about the potential surgery. It's bringing back up a lot of past pain (knowing my grandmother passed away there, the doctors were not keeping an eye on her, allowing her to go without eating, etc). But my uncle has control of the power of attorney. He is refusing second opinions because he doesn't want the responsibility of dealing with my grandpa.

So there's been a bit of another update but it's bad news . We went to visit my grandfather again today and it was like night and day. He was in and out of consciousness, and wasn't communicating almost the entire time. He is still eating, but it wasn't as much. The push for a decision within 24hrs was a lie from my uncle (who also ditched my grandfather to head out of state with his girlfriend for the weekend, even as his only registered "caretaker"). None of the doctors mentioned having to immediately get him in for an operation. They're hoping for his heart to be "optimized" before anything can be done, but still wanna go the route of an amputation. They did say his foot was doing better though. Ultimately, my grandfather is in no place to be making any life altering decisions. Things have only been made worse with not being able to talk with him and having no chance at giving my father the option of being his secondary caretaker. My uncle is more then willing to abandon him and let him get this operation, that will most likely kill him. But our family is doing everything we can and praying God will intervene. It doesn't look good though

Another update just to keep everyone posted . The doctors are going to be operating on my grandfather's foot tomorrow. It is to try and remove the blood clots without amputation (and potentially add a stint). He will be under anesthesia but they feel his heart will be stable enough for this. Really hoping God can use this to spare him
