If the original hadn't been posted by White House staff ahead of time then I'd agree that ham-handed deception was at play, because those streams of tears obviously aren't real.
Off topic. I know this is a common strategy: you get cornered and try to change the subject. Actually, this is an admission that we are right about the original subject... terrorizing believers inside their own church is evil, and the perpetrators should be prosecuted.
What's untrue about the text? As for the two photos, does either one change what's written in that text? How does the one of her crying change what happened?

She was not crying. That is changing what happened. It is disinformation, not information. Propaganda.
