“It’s very obvious from a lot of these videos that this is not what professional policing looks like in this country today,” O’Hara told The Washington Post in an interview. “It does not look like the individual officers on the scene are acting as a team in a coordinated tactical way. And it doesn’t seem like they are trying to de-escalate things.”

To de-escalate things, ICE would have to start handcuffing all the rioters which would mean having attention taken away from arresting the criminal illegal aliens the rioters are protecting. Will the rioters be willing to make such a sacrifice?
