Last time I looked, blowing a whistle is not a crime. Nor is it a crime to photograph a man knocking down a woman for blowing a whistle. Yet one of the perps thought it entitled him to shoot the photographer.

If Trump didn't attempt to commit voting fraud I would think they'd be deposing Jack Smith and publishing all of his evidence.
