No, he did not . There is no video showing he had a gun in his hand, just a phone, and in one of the videos, you can see an agent taking away what looks to be a gun, then he was murdered with about 9 shots. .

ICE and DHS must be worried as they are blocking Minnesota's Bureau of Criminal Apprehension from investigating the shooting. That is their top agency for investigating crime. This is unheard of.

Post the video you're referencing. No one has seen such a video where he shoots. We are seeing videos where they spray him, take him to the ground, and they shoot him. We've seen videos where they take his gun and shoot him. Show us your video. It doesn't exist. Stop lying.

This has always been the case for certain groups in this country. I'm glad some of the gun groups are speaking out about this. They didn't when Philando Castile and John Crawford were killed.

That's what it looked like in the videos I have seen but I will have to see some more before making a judgement. I think some people in this thread are getting ahead of themselves

We haven't heard from the NRA but GOA in Minneapolis made a statement. They of course had to take a swipe at the "left" though. Edit: I'm not sure where they are based. The reporting is saw earlier said Minneapolis but I don't see that when I skimmed the link just now.

I am going to wait to judge until the Trump administration releases the official, cleaned up, digitally enhanced official video of the shooting in a few weeks after the FBI has the opportunity to examine all the official footage instead of trusting grainy unfocused cell phone video from know domestic terrorists and people with agendas.

But he decided to do what the rest of the rioters were doing and went looking for trouble, which he found. Perhaps being a nurse and healing people wasn't enough for him, so he picked up a high capacity assault pistol and picked a fight with federal law enforcement officers doing their job.
At least he'll have his name and picture on rioters' signs until someone else does something else just as stupid. Then he'll be forgotten just like the 5 year old kid the rioters tried to use.

He was videoing when an agent shoved a woman near him and he went over to her to help. Then agents grabbed him and pepper sprayed his face. It escalated from there until he was held down, disarmed and shot 10 times, in that order.

How was he interfering with law enforcement? Can you explain that? The videos show them coming up to him, pushing him, then assaulting him. How was he interfering?
