When you have a Governor of a state threatening to mobilize the National Guard for the purpose of resisting federal law enforcement that the Supreme Court declared they are solely responsible for enforcing, that is a threat of insurrection. And when you have democrat member of the state legislature encouraging resistance and harassment of said law enforcement officers, they are inciting an insurrection. So if Trump invokes the Insurrection Act, it is solely because it is exactly what democrat elites wanted to push a political agenda, and they will only see any casualties as their desperately needed "useful idiot" pawns that they will use to politicize and advance their agenda.
