Is America a police state (if you are not white)?

I’ve just been listening to interviews with people in Minnesota. Lot’s people afraid to leave their homes without taking passports, whistles and pepper spray. People afraid to leave the house at all for fear of being snatched by unidentified masked men and ending up in a different state or country before getting to call someone.

But in the interviews no one who was white expressed any fear or experiences of being held without charge.

The neighbourhoods are crumbling as businesses are disrupted and failing because of the wandering masked groups going door to door and stopping (non-white) people in the street demanding papers. Drones flying overhead over groups of people in the streets.

How long will it take criminals to realise that they can go about their business in broad daylight wearing similar outfits and snatching victims to rob or worse?

How long until someone goes ballistic with a gun to defend themselves from these masked men?

Is this America?

It seems reasonable to characterize MStP as a (federal) police state.

They have already done it in at least small numbers. It's robbery/assault by cop impersonation without the need for a fake uniform or bubble lights.

lol Criminals have learned a long time ago how to conceal themselves and wear outfits for the job. If a criminal did snatch a victim, expect them to be shot; then there would be another thread started about bad lawenforcement or guns. Lawenforcement didn't need to cover their faces like antifa until the criminals started doxxing them.

Near-open borders helped Trump get elected. If we had collected papers and properly vetted those coming into the country, even the white ones would be caught.

If that's what Kirk meant ok but America isn't a police state. It's an insurrection if you try to change the government laws through violence. So law enforcement is fighting an insurrection, which allows for the real military, not the part-timers.

To emphasize what Mr. Kirk was saying, claiming a protest or civil disturbance is an "insurrection" and imposing police control is exactly the sort of thing that is done to create a police state. We're paying attention to their attempts to turn protest and civil unrest into an "insurrection".

It’s certainly hard to root for the cop who plays by his own rules but gets the job done on the various cop dramas.

Maybe all the killing and property damage isn’t worth the highest arrest rate in the precinct?
