The term "illegal alien" has nothing to do with racism or hatred. It is an accurate description, saying law enforcement is going after "moms" or "dad" instead is meant to evoke hatred against ICE. Besides the obvious fact that I did read that demagoguery - news, which this wasn't, usually contains more facts than opinion - this screed was absurdly inflammatory. On the plus side, it did contain an actual albeit well disguised link to the news article in question.
And? Ohara gave statements against the protesters as one expects police chiefs to do which the NYT reported.
