The woman killed by an Immigration and Customs Enforcement agent in Minneapolis last week served on the board of her son’s school, which linked to documents encouraging parents to monitor ICE

The documents shed new light on Renee Good’s connection to efforts to monitor and potentially disrupt ICE operations – an association that federal officials have made clear is at the center of their review into the deadly incident that occurred as she partially blocked ICE agents in the street with her SUV.

Another guide linked to in the training document stresses nonviolent responses to ICE agents, while also encouraging a refusal to “comply with demands, requests, and orders.” It suggests “creative tactics,” noting that “Crowds, props, traffic, and noise can make detentions difficult, sometimes ICE vehicles can’t move (‘whoops!’).”

So? Monitoring public police activities is not a crime.

Interfering with their operations is not a capital crime with summary executions.

Nobody was trying to run him over. If she was she had ample opportunity when he was more directly in front of the car. Does every person almost hit by a car have the same right to shoot the driver?

He walked away, at most she lightly touched him. I would have jumped back and to the right instead of aiming and firing.

Those who incite this behavior within the general public would never do so with a loved one. They'd never encourage their mother or sister to go out and stage stunts like that.

Her "wife" should be arrested and charged. She was complicit. She said herself that it was her fault. BTW, she got rich from this, her go fund me is over 1 million.

Accelerating a vehicle toward an officer is considered an immediate, life-threatening danger.
Officers do not need to wait for impact and can act based on apparent intent and proximity.
The bill was signed by Governor Tim Walz on July 23, 2020.

What I'm saying is people in the media and influencers got the two all worked up to stage stunts in the first place. But they likely wouldn't do so to those they actually care about.
