In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Okay, putting aside the whole name thing, which is really getting a bit overblown... what is the point you're trying to make with just linking to a paper? Do you find the paper fascinating? Interesting? Does this paper have an actual worth?

It's really hard to take a paper seriously that has an appendix like this:

What?
This is the kind of stuff I've seen in other work put forth by this author "Martila" before. Not the kind of stuff we should take seriously. I have no idea why anyone would be a "Martila" fan.

Paper is interesting, really simple, but very rigorous. Hence, it is worth a Millennium Prize. I wonna receive opinions about it.
Paper serves the community, it advances the science. Hereby, it is really so simple that any schoolboy/girl can enjoy it.
Now, about mystery of the Name. There is Character Who, who has such mystery too. Hereby, I am a gifted scientist, but not a doctor. Like the Character Who is not officially a doctor.

Then maybe you could actually say that you would like to hear people's opinions on it instead of just doing what you did in the OP. And I absolutely fail to see why this paper should receive the 'Millennium Prize', especially when it isn't even being submitted to the actual people who can say if it does or does not warrant the prize.
And yet the paper is far from simple or easy to understand and also deals with very non-scientific topics such as 'All-Knowing Ones'.
You really do not come across as a gifted scientist, especially if you are obliquely saying that you were the author of the paper. I also highly doubt that anything in the world of mathematics can be solved by simple four pages.
