  • To combat the rampant and pervasive problem of fraud in the United States, the DOJ’s new division for national fraud enforcement will enforce the Federal criminal and civil laws against fraud targeting Federal government programs, Federally funded benefits, businesses, nonprofits, and private citizens nationwide.

When did Donald Trump suddenly decide to reinvent himself and assume the noble role as the nation's "FRAUD ENFORCEMENT PRESIDENT" - dedicated to combating "the rampant and pervasive problem of fraud in the United States!"

- One area where he could start would be the federal statute(s) that include the enforcement of the federal Statute 52 US Code 20511, Sections 1 and 2 (A and B)

- In addition to state and local regulations concerning elections, the federal government regulations take precedence during federal elections and specify penalties for those who would attempt to intimidate voters/precinct staff and submitting false tabulations of the vote count!

- The irony is that the one and only person who can not be held accountable for 52 US Code 20511 and/or the criminal prosecutions associated with the new National Fraud Enforcement Division is the President!

- The Supreme Court, in its infinite wisdom,, has ruled that American Presidents are exempt from criminal prosecution, during their time in office, a decision that wilt test that individual's "MORAL COMPASS!"

- This places an extraordinary amount of responsibility on a "Sitting-Presidents not to resort to expediency but conduct themselves in a proper manner, given that the "GUARDRAILS" no longer exist - particularly during a 2nd term!

In the case of the 11,780 non existing ballots that Donald Trump demanded be added to the Georgia total and provide him with that state's Electoral College votes, but he, as President, would be exempt from all criminal prosecution!

Its the Georgia Secretary State that would face criminal prosecution despite the fact that it was President Trump who initiated an attempt to submit these fraudulent totals and attempted to intimidate this Georgia Republican to comply

Man’s justice is not the same as God’s justice. Human systems focus on punishment because they can only deal with actions after the fact. But people will ultimately be held responsible before God, who sees motives, wounds, intentions, and the full truth. God is far more interested in restitution and restoration than in punishment. Where man tries to make people pay for what they’ve done, God works to restore what was broken and bring a person back into alignment with what they were meant to be.

Indeed, there is so much corruption and they will have to face God. In my own state of Minnesota they have found just the tip of the iceberg, taxpayer money goes to non-profits and they either don't do the work or siphon off the money to individuals or to for-profit companies. As to the elections I am glad they are following up in Georgia. I reviewed a number of statements about the election in Michigan and as much government corruption as I have seen I was quite taken aback at the brazen moves. Lara Trump gathering over 100,000 elections observers/workers was a brilliant move to restore confidence in future elections.

Payola can be a normal part of doing business with the city. We had two companies bidding on a job and one of them withdrew their bid after they had legs broken. That mayor did not get re-elected.
