I've watched the videos countless times. When the tyres spin, he draws his weapon. The other angle is far clearer as the weapon is on his right hip and it's plain as day to see he draws it after she accelerates the first time.
He reaches for the weapon while the car is backing. In every video in which it can be seen. The still photo I posted is prior to the car moving forward, prior to the first shot. He fires the instant the car starts forward.
I think the agent was filming front passenger side of the car, as she backed up it gave the illusion of him moving, and it looks like he took one step to the right before the car hit him.
The exact is true for the so-called officer as well.
Why not? That has happenned THOUSANDS of times across america without anyone getting shot in the face. Sometimes perhaps even more dangerous scenarios so the argument that "her actions were never going to end well" is both fatalistic, and totally false. That officer CHOSE to shoot her in the face and all appearances are that he didn't need to.
Moreso when people can watch teh video play out. Makes a person wonder whether one can trust what this adminstration reports as factual.

The difference is the Federal government is enforcing laws that were created during a democratic process by the elected representatives of the people. And now people are trying to prevent the enforcement of those laws.
