Yes, I added some images and more context to my post that show this. It appears the woman tried to avoid hitting him before he started firing at her. I hear three shots in the videos. One of the rounds may have struck her through the open side window.I saw a better video, it was an officer in front of the vehicle who fired two shots, not the one who was at the car door. There's a bullet hole in the windshield and one in the side rear view mirror, so he was in front of the vehicle.
Wow, she blocked the street yet you say the agents are "hostile." Previously I had only seen just before she was shot. I've said this many times, if an officer gives you an order don't disobey the order and especially don't make a sudden move. Officers are trained to protect should they or others be in imminent danger, that means if you are a few feet away and make an aggressive move they see as a threat they are trained to fire. Had the officer been thirty feet away and in no imminent danger, such as the Capitol police officer murdering Ashli Babbitt, it would have been a bad shooting. In this case, with the car a foot away from the officer, he properly shot her. I hope you understand this, a law enforcement officer is not supposed to sit down and try and figure out the intent of someone. Should he or others appear to be in imminent danger, and a women who yells, disobeys an order, and drives her vehicle forward a foot away from the officer indeed is such a perceived threat, then he is supposed to fire his weapon at her. The officer is not a psychologist, you may be right on her intent, but if that sudden move is made within just a few feet of an officer he makes a split second decision and hopefully properly fires at her. If he cannot he does not belong in law enforcement, it is a tough job where split second decisions need to be made in order to save potential victims. If at a long distance where no one's life is in danger he is not supposed to fire.. Most law enforcement officers never fire their weapon but are supposed to do so in such a situation. Both the mayor and governor need to explain this to their base instead of encouraging reckless behavior. It makes me sad that they refuse to do so and instead encourage such acts of terrorism. It looks like the woman who was shot and someone driving another vehicle were trying to leave the area at the same time. The agent that shot the woman is standing behind the vehicle in this image.

The woman waved the first vehicle by and then waved for the vehicle the ICE agents were in to go by, but they stopped instead. Below you can see her waving for the ICE agents to go by.

The agents then got out of the vehicle and approached the woman's vehicle and tried to force her to get out. She put the vehicle in reverse and turned her wheel to the right to avoid the agent that had moved around to the front of her vehicle from the other side.

If the woman had intended on hitting the agent, she wouldn't have taken steps to avoid him. He started firing after his body was clear of the vehicle.

She was obviously trying to get away from the hostile agents and avoid hitting the one that shot her. The woman holding the camera is the one that was yelling "no, no, shame," not the woman driving the vehicle.
None of the agents acted professionally; I doubt they've had much training at all.
I haven't seen enough to say with certainty whether it was self defense or not. A vehicle is a deadly weapon but you can't intentionally put yourself in harm's way then claim self defense.Yes, I added some images and more context to my post that show this. Several witnesses said that ICE agents told her to leave and that was exactly what she was trying to do until the two agents in the truck arrived and tried to force her out of the car. So she was initially following orders and doing what she was told to do. The agents that pulled up may not have known this.I've said this many times, if an officer gives you an order don't disobey the order and especially don't make a sudden move.
If ICE agents had told her to leave and she slowly pulled out and calmly and slowly started to leave you would have had a good argument. As I said, it is a mistake to make a sudden aggressive move. Likewise the screaming does not support your narrative. It seems that some political leaders don't really care about lives enough to explain to their base to calmly comply with law enforcement. If either the mayor or the governor really care about lives they need to tell their constituents to not interfere with law enforcement operations.Several witnesses said that ICE agents told her to leave and that was exactly what she was trying to do until the two agents in the truck arrived and tried to force her out of the car. She hit him with her car. Period. There is a bullet hole in her front window BECAUSE He was in front of her car. I have been waiting for all these things to get to common knowledge. But you still can;'t bring yourself to just stop defending what this person did.Yes, I added some images and more context to my post that show this. Maybe if these agents had been better trained, they wouldn't have acted so hostile towards the driver. The situation appeared to be under control until they rolled up to the scene. They should have known she wasn't a threat because she was politely waving them on to pass in front of her. Rather than jumping out of the vehicle and screaming obscenities at the woman, telling her to get out of her __ing car, and grabbing at her and the door handle, they could have just walked up and tried talking to her first. The agent that shot her was already there talking to another woman and didn't seem to think there was any danger beforehand. As I said, it is a mistake to make a sudden aggressive move. So far I have just heard her yelling and screaming, Understand also that there have been many threats from the left against their lives and the lives of their families. Blocking the street puts them in a position vulnerable to ambush. Do you understand this?Maybe if these agents had been better trained, they wouldn't have acted so hostile towards the driver. Right. The agent moved in front of a car that was already moving.Have you seen the videos of the shooting? It doesn't appear that was her intention from what I saw.
The agent doesn't appear to be hit by the car, and he is seen walking around without any visible injuries or marks or tears in his clothing after the fact. She hit him with her car. Period. The agent that shot the woman was talking to another woman and walking directly behind her car before the other agents arrived. Do you think he would be directly behind her car if he felt the situation was dangerous? The agents that pulled up are the ones that escalated an otherwise calm situation. She was already leaving when they arrived. Had they not stopped and tried to get her out of the car or had driven around her when she waved them on, the shooting would have never happened.Blocking the street puts them in a position vulnerable to ambush. We don't know what she did, why her car was blocking the road or why ICE tried to stop her.The agent that shot the woman was talking to another woman and walking directly behind her car before the other agents arrived. Several witnesses said an agent asked her to leave, and she was in the process of doing that when the other agents arrived. She clearly waved the first vehicle by and appeared to be waiting on the vehicle the agents were in to pass by before moving. Why else would she be waving at them to pass in front of her? She may not have even known they were ICE agents until they got out of the truck, and she thought it would have been safer to let their vehicle pass before moving hers. It looks to me like a lack of training and coordination/communication between agents is to blame for what happened. We don't know what she did, why her car was blocking the road or why ICE tried to stop her.

Those witnesses must have incredible hearing! If she calmly complied with orders then it is a bad shooting. Again, her screaming at officers and the sudden vehicle acceleration does not fit your narrative. I await recordings by the ICE officers.Several witnesses said an agent asked her to leave, and she was in the process of doing that when the other agents arrived. He went to the hospital, but is now home. They told her to get out of the car because they were detaining her. She evidently had been blocking them and harassing them for some time. They had told here to stop. That is what was just reported.I saw a better video, it was an officer in front of the vehicle who fired two shots, not the one who was at the car door.

I'm not making a judgment yet but it looks like a case for self defense could be made and I definitely wouldn't call it straight up murder like some have
On the video I seen you could hear her screaming no. That was just before she backed up, then went forward. They opened the door to arrest her. Those witnesses must have incredible hearing!
