No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

That single action might not be a mistake. Doing so without a coalition and a plan on how to deal with the aftermath will likely turn out to be an issue. Let's face it, like him or not Trump is not someone known for thinking through the long term consequences of his actions.

Slavery was a thing for hundreds of years. I wouldn’t recommend that we go down that path again.

The aftermath remains to be seen but for now the Venezuelans are celebrating.

I see. Dictators are fine as long as there’s an ocean between us. Now it makes more sense why this administration has never taken such a hard stance against Russia in its invasion of Ukraine.

Maduro 'goverment' was very bad imo, nobody liked him, but USA is not doing it to be a hero i guess, they want a new forced 'ally' more control and influence and loads of oil grabbing it by violence probably. I wish i was mistaken. This is horrific what happened to Venezuela in 30 years, it was a pretty country before.
