Of course it does. Maduro nationalized it to rob it blind. Venezuela’s economy was very strong before Chavez and Maduro destroyed it. Before these two dictators was a rich country that offered a plethora of social services to its people. After them the Venezuelan economy is in shambles. The volatility of the Venezuelan bolivar is tremendous with hyperinflation and hardly has any value. People there are suffering.You don't think this is directly related to the fact Venezuela has the largest oil reserves in the world?
