As I said, legally it comes down to determining if there was a contract. If you say you are going to bake a cake for a wedding to certain specifications, and then two days before the wedding you decide you will not, are you in breach of contract and did damage to one party occur?

Then there was that judge who used his own crazy valuation for Mar-a-lago that was in contradiction to every legitimate realtor estimate. It's wrong to fabricate evidence and make up laws or numbers, just because a person hates someone is not a reason to send him to prison.
