CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

A photo showing President Donald Trump’s face that was included in the release of the investigative files on notorious sex predator Jeffrey Epstein — and more than a dozen other files — appears to have been removed from the Department of Justice’s website.
So much for the Epstein Files Transparency Act.
The release was incomplete, over-redacted, and now Trump's face is being memory-holed from what they did release.

Another reason to consider any world-spanning conspiracies to keep the truth from us with a huge grain of salt. Any conspiracy with more than a dozen people is gonna have chuckleheads involved.

I had started another thread on it, but I'm still curious as to why National Security teams and Counterintelligence specialists were the ones tasked with the redaction efforts instead of the FOIA and Records Management legal teams that would normally handle those types of tasks.
If politicians and pundits were saying in unison "Nah, so & so wasn't involved in drug trafficking, just these other sex crimes...thinking they were involved with high-level drug organizations is just a conspiracy theory.... buuuuut, completely unrelated, we're going to task the DEA with handling any document reviews or redactions that need to happen. Nothing to see here, go back to watching Wheel of Fortune and Love Island"

Iunno. 'Epstein' is only repeating what Trump himself bragged about in the Access Hollywood tape. His followers didn't care then, and this letter is not going to make them care now.

That's from an FOIA request from 2 years ago, but I don't think this necessarily settles its authenticity. I'd much rather have a record from the prison of Epstein sending it.
