CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

It's doubtful it has much steam left in it. As I predicted the Epstein files hoopla will finally fizzle out as yet another nothingburger. But some will continue grasping at straws saying things like "it showed a picture of Trump posting with some adult women wearing evening gowns!"

Jeffries calls for ‘full and complete investigation’ into redacted Epstein documents
In an interview on ABC News’s “This Week,” the Democratic leader noted that the Epstein Files Transparency Act — whose 30-day deadline for the federal government to release its Epstein files expired on Friday — included narrow parameters specifying what information could be redacted.But, he said, “It does appear, of course, that this initial documents’ release is inadequate. It falls short of what the law requires.”
Jeffries pointed to a provision in the law giving the Justice Department 15 days to explain to Congress why material was redacted, saying he expects to receive that “within the next week or so and then Congress can take it from there as it relates to determining why this non noncompliance has occurred.”

Like I have stated in the past ... the files would be heavily redacted and they are .... the release of the files are not going to satisfy anyones thirst to know all .... we will never know all.

Bill Clinton didn't leave office until his second term ended. Being tied into what went on on Epstein's island goes way deeper into the sewer than not being straight-laced. It's sick pervert territory.

Interesting that the latest release was lacking in anything Trump. It came across as a dump of other notable and conspicuously liberal/Democrat names. More distraction?
We already, know Trump was well entrenched with Epstein. At a minimum he was very aware of what Epstein was doing with these underage girls and continued his relationship for many years.

Of course they don't. Because they are obsessed with Trump. Who cares about the Epstine files unless it makes Trump look bad...right? Who cares about the girls who were taken advantage of if it was not Trump doing it...right?
Really? How so? Because from what I have seen, Epstine was obsessed with Trump and Trump kicked him out of Mar Lago.

Trump and Epstein had their falling out. Seems that happens a lot with Trump. I’ve heard a few different variations why, but ultimately, if Trump loses a beneficial transaction with someone, they are done.
