Federal authorities have arrested alleged suspects in a far-left domestic terror group that was planning to detonate a series of explosive devices on New Year’s Eve.

At a press conference Monday, authorities announced that they had arrested four members of the group Turtle Island Liberation Front last Friday, foiling a bomb plot set for Dec. 31.

The Federal Bureau of Investigation worked with the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Central District of California to apprehend the individuals who were planning to target multiple companies.

Officials with the U.S. Attorney's Offices for the Western District of Louisiana and for the District of Massachusetts also helped in the investigation, as warrants were issued across the nation.

With so many Marxists and neo-Marxists trying to rewrite history and influence our young people in the universities I fear the violence is only going to get worse. I was shocked at the poll showing how many young Americans believe the killing of that health care official was justified.

Yeah there is a very twisted version of justice these days but we were warned of hearts growing cold. People use politics to form their identities anymore. It’s all rooted in this pathological obsession with politics filling what ever void within themselves with it. It’s not a good thing to try to meld your identity with. The government can only do so much. Looking for perfection and identity in politics is an exercise in futility. We the people need to do what we can to make the world a better place. But instead, people are destroying themselves with this obsession. And the peer pressure that goes along with it.
