I suspect that you are just being silly, because Sweden is known to have an excellent educational system. These are things one learns in late primary school and again in secondary school. Anyway, in zero gravity, hot air only expands and does not rise. If you don’t understand basic physics, then learn some new things like a non-Boomer. There are even excellent courses online for very low cost.
You are mixing density and mass. One molecule would be affected by gravity, but the interaction of many molecules can overcome gravity. Blow up a balloon, release the air, and it will fly.
So there would be a line of plasma stretching from the moon back to whatever fired the beam of light. What fired the beam of light? Why don't we see the Moon as a line of plasma across the sky?
The atmosphere is not plasma, but it contains small amounts of plasma. You don’t see the “line of plasma across the sky,” because it is virtually not there and would not extend beyond the atmosphere, even if it was formed by lightning or a very powerful laser.
