The Department of Homeland Security said ICE agents arrested 31-year-old Akhror Bozorov in Kansas on Nov. 9. Uzbekistan issued a warrant for his arrest in 2022, accusing him of belonging to a terrorist group, spreading jihadist propaganda online, and recruiting others to join the movement.
