Nope. That is the Holy Spirit in 1 Pet 3:21

Peter compares the waters of baptism to the waters of the flood that lift Noah and his family up while also destroying the wicked.

In Eph 4:5 it says ONE LORD , ONE FAITH , one BAPTISM ??

ONE is HEIS in he Greek !!

And Eph 4:5 reads ONE // HEIS , BAPTISM , so what is. that ONE BAPTISM ??

Acts 15 Peter is clearly in leadership in the NT church council
1 Peter , 2 Peter, shows us that Peter is also a Bible author
2 Tim 3:16 states that ALL scripture is authored by the Holy Spirit
