The trouble with that is that different people may allow their kids to have different things so just because you personally would not buy it for your kids does not by default mean that others should not for theirs. I mean I have a cousin whose daughter has celiac there are PLENTY of things that they would not buy for her because it could prove fatal, yet that does not mean that no one should be able to buy that for their kids. I mean heck if H and J were to personally give someone money to buy food they are not going to say buy NOTHING with gluten in it even though they would not buy anything with gluten for their own daughter. There may be parents who do not buy frozen dinners but that does have some value beyond sugar and junk.I think a good rule would be that if I wouldn't buy it for my kids, a parent shouldn't be able to use my tax money to buy it for theirs.
