  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

DID ANYTHING JESUS SPOKE TO ISRAEL SAVE THEM, OR IS IT ONLY WHAT JESUS DID, THAT SAVES THEM, IF THEY BELIEVED IN CHRIST CRUCIFIED?

Theres too much half or less than that preaching on the forums, we cant know anything that way, plus debate, always an entanglement of dispute and contention, it creates confusion, instead of allowing the teaching of Jesus Christ as He taught.

Jesus is teaching both the multitudes from all different places and His disciples.

Matthew 4:25 And there followed him GREAAT MULTITUDES of people from Galilee, and from Decapolis, and from Jerusalem, and from Judaea, and from beyond Jordan.

Matthew 5:1 And seeing the MULTITUDES, he went up into a mountain: and when he was set, HIS DISCIPLES came unto him:
2 And he opened his mouth, AND TAUGHT THEM, SAYING,

These are the testimonies of Jesus Christ, they are not up for interpretation or dispute, just to be resisted or believed as they are given.

This is how they are given, as anyone can see.

Did Jesus come to destroy the law or the prophets, no He was come to FULFIL.

until heaven and earth pass, not one part passes till all be fulfilled.

We see two comparisons of descriptions in heaven, one of men keeping all of these commandments and the other of breaking of of the least, to be called great, or to be called least, and that if their righteousness does not exceed that of the Pharisees, they will in o way enter into the kingdom of heaven.

Right away Jesus speaks of a least commandment, about not being angry with your brother, and to say fool even, you shall be in danger of hell fire. So that answers right away WHAT WAS SAID for men to break one of the least commandments and to be called the least in the kingdom of heaven, that to only say fool, only break a least commandment was to actually be in danger of hell fire. (THIS IS WHAT IS TOLD, THAT UNLESS YOUR RIGHTEOUSNESS EXCEEDS THAT OF THE PHARISEES, YOU SHALL IN NO WAY ENTER INTO THE KINGDOM OF HEAVEN.)

Jesus telling the people of Israel how to be with one another now, to agree together, or be delivered to the judge, then to the officer, then cast into prison, that you shall by no means come out. (Israel never enforced the sayings of Jesus, so this is heavenly justice He speaks of.)

Jesus tells the people of Israel, if they catch their right eye offending, to cast their eye away from themselves, so their whole body is not cast into hell. If their right hand offends them, to cast it away, so that their whole body is not cast into hell.

Matthew 5:17 Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil.
18 For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled.
19 Whosoever therefore shall break one of these least commandments, and shall teach men so, he shall be called the least in the kingdom of heaven: but whosoever shall do and teach them, the same shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven.
20 For I say unto you, That except your righteousness shall exceed the righteousness of the scribes and Pharisees, ye shall in no case enter into the kingdom of heaven.
21 Ye have heard that it was said of them of old time, Thou shalt not kill; and whosoever shall kill shall be in danger of the judgment:
22 But I say unto you, That whosoever is angry with his brother without a cause shall be in danger of the judgment: and whosoever shall say to his brother, Raca, shall be in danger of the council: but whosoever shall say, Thou fool, shall be in danger of hell fire.

Matthew 5:25 Agree with thine adversary quickly, whiles thou art in the way with him; lest at any time the adversary deliver thee to the judge, and the judge deliver thee to the officer, and thou be cast into prison.
26 Verily I say unto thee, Thou shalt by no means come out thence, till thou hast paid the uttermost farthing.

Matthew 5:29 And if thy right eye offend thee, pluck it out, and cast it from thee: for it is profitable for thee that one of thy members should perish, and not that thy whole body should be cast into hell.
30 And if thy right hand offend thee, cut it off, and cast it from thee: for it is profitable for thee that one of thy members should perish, and not that thy whole body should be cast into hell.

Jesus continues speaking to the people of Israel, and His disciples.

For them to not do alms before men, otherwise they will receive nothing from their Father which is in heaven.

For them to serve God, by taking no thought for their life, what to eat, what to drink, and that after all those things the GENTILES seek, but for them to seek FIRST THE KINGDOM OF GOD AND HIS RIGHTEOUSNESS, then all shall be ADDED.

Matthew 6:1 Take heed that ye do not your alms before men, to be seen of them: otherwise ye have no reward of your Father which is in heaven.

Matthew 6:24 No man can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon.
25 Therefore I say unto you, Take no thought for your life, what ye shall eat, or what ye shall drink; nor yet for your body, what ye shall put on. Is not the life more than meat, and the body than raiment?

Matthew 6:32 (For after all these things do the Gentiles seek:) for your heavenly Father knoweth that ye have need of all these things.
33 But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.

Jesus speaking to the men of Israel and HIs disciples, continues to show them the WAY, to ASK AND IT SHALL BE GIVEN, (BUT LET HIM ASK IN FAITH NOTHING WAVERING. James 1:6.) to SEEK and you shall FIND, to KNOCK and it shall be OPENED, for every one that ASKS, RECEIVES, and he that SEEKS FINDS, and to him that KNOCKS, it shall be OPENED.

Jesus comparing the people of Israel he is talking to, to EVIL, tells them if they know how to GIVE GOOD GIFTS unto their children, how much more shall their Father which is in heaven GIVE GOOD THINGS, to them that ASK HIM. (IF YOU THEN BEING EVIL KNOW HOW TO GIVE GOOD GIFTS UNTO YOUR CHILDREN, HOW MUCH MORE SHALL YOUR HEAVENLY FATHER GIVE THE HOLY SPIRIT TO THEM THAT ASK HIM/in FAITH. Luke 11:13. James 1:6.)

Jesus sums this up as whatsoever that you would like others to do to you, to do even the same to them. FOR THIS IS THE LAW AND THE PROPHETS.

James 1:6 But let him ask in faith, nothing wavering. For he that wavereth is like a wave of the sea driven with the wind and tossed.

Matthew 7:7 Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you:
8 For every one that asketh receiveth; and he that seeketh findeth; and to him that knocketh it shall be opened.

Matthew 7:11 If ye then, being evil, know how to give good gifts unto your children, how much more shall your Father which is in heaven give good things to them that ask him?
12 Therefore all things whatsoever ye would that men should do to you, do ye even so to them: for this is the law and the prophets.

Luke 11:13 If ye then, being evil, know how to give good gifts unto your children: how much more shall your heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to them that ask him?

Jesus tells the multitudes, not ever one saying Lord to Jesus shall enter into the kingdom of heaven, but he that does the will of HIs Father which is in heaven. Many are told they are workers of iniquity.

These same people of Israel who hear His sayings and do them, (ASK, SEEK, KNOCK, to RECEIVE, FIND, OPEN/in FAITH.) are compared to being founded on a ROCK. When Jesus had ended these sayings, THE PEOPLE WERE ASTOISHED, for Jesus taught them as one having authority and not as the scribes. (who TEACH THE PEOPLE AND DISPUTE AGAINST ALL JESUS HAD TOLD TO THE PEOPLE.)

Matthew 7:21 Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven.
22 Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works?
23 And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.
24 Therefore whosoever heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them, I will liken him unto a wise man, which built his house upon a rock:
25 And the rain descended, and the floods came, and the winds blew, and beat upon that house; and it fell not: for it was founded upon a rock.

Matthew 7:28 And it came to pass, when Jesus had ended these sayings, the people were astonished at his doctrine:
29 For he taught them as one having authority, and not as the scribes.

Jesus had explained how the least commandment was being angry with your brother, and how that makes you in danger of hell fire, and breaking the least of these commandments is called the least in the kingdom of heaven, and unless your righteousness exceeds the righteousness of the scribes and pharisees they shall in no way enter into the kingdom of heaven. How if their right eye or right hand offends them, to cast them away rather than to be cast wholly into hell.

Jesus had also told about the doing of those commandments to be called the greatest in the kingdom of heaven.

Matthew 18, Jesus tells except the people be converted and become as little children, they shall not enter into the kingdom of heaven, to be humble as that little child to be greatest in the kingdom of heaven. These BELIEVE in Him and who brings offences, are told again to cast their hand or their foot or eye away, rather than having all to be cast into everlasting hell fire. The little ones are compared to their angels always beholding the face of Jesus' Father which is in heaven.

Matthew 18:3 And said, Verily I say unto you, Except ye be converted, and become as little children, ye shall not enter into the kingdom of heaven.
4 Whosoever therefore shall humble himself as this little child, the same is greatest in the kingdom of heaven.
5 And whoso shall receive one such little child in my name receiveth me.
6 But whoso shall offend one of these little ones which believe in me, it were better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and that he were drowned in the depth of the sea.
7 Woe unto the world because of offences! for it must needs be that offences come; but woe to that man by whom the offence cometh!
8 Wherefore if thy hand or thy foot offend thee, cut them off, and cast them from thee: it is better for thee to enter into life halt or maimed, rather than having two hands or two feet to be cast into everlasting fire.
9 And if thine eye offend thee, pluck it out, and cast it from thee: it is better for thee to enter into life with one eye, rather than having two eyes to be cast into hell fire.
10 Take heed that ye despise not one of these little ones; for I say unto you, That in heaven their angels do always behold the face of my Father which is in heaven.

Jesus said until heaven and earth pass, nothing of the law passed until all was fulfilled, and He did not come to destroy the law or the prophets, but to fulfil.

Jesus had also shown how to do all for others, as you would have others do for you, is the law and the prophets. (FULFILLED.)

Jesus reprimands some of His disciples who were now His witnesses, that they are fools and slow of heart to BELIEVE ALL THAT THE PROPHETS HAVE SPOKEN. Christ to have suffered all of those things and to enter into His glory, Jesus expounds to His disciples the things CONCERNING HIM in the SCRIPTURES, from MOSES (the LAW) and ALL THE PROPHETS.

Jesus meets with all of His disciples, that THESE ARE THE WORDS HE SPOKE UNTO THEM WHILE WITH THEM, that ALL THINGS MUST BE FULFILLED WHICH WERE WRITTEN IN THE LAW OF MOSES and in the PROPHETS, and in the PSALMS, concerning HIM.

Jesus tells His disciples, that this is as it was written, and as it was meant for Christ to suffer, and to rise from the dead the third day, and that repentance and remission of sins should be preached in His name among ALL NATIONS, and they are WITNESSES of these things. (of ALL THINGS BEING FULFILLED.)

Jesus tells HIs disciples He SENDS THE PROMISE OF HIS FATHER UPON THEM, to wait in the city of Jerusalem until they are given power from on high. Jesus blessed them, He was carried up to heaven and they WORSHIPPED HIM, and they were continually in the temple PRAISING and BLESSING GOD. Amen.

Matthew 5:17 Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil.
18 For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled.

Matthew 7:12 Therefore all things whatsoever ye would that men should do to you, do ye even so to them: for this is the law and the prophets.

Luke 24:25 Then he said unto them, O fools, and slow of heart to believe all that the prophets have spoken:
26 Ought not Christ to have suffered these things, and to enter into his glory?
27 And beginning at Moses and all the prophets, he expounded unto them in all the scriptures the things concerning himself.

Luke 24:44 And he said unto them, These are the words which I spake unto you, while I was yet with you, that all things must be fulfilled, which were written in the law of Moses, and in the prophets, and in the psalms, concerning me.
45 Then opened he their understanding, that they might understand the scriptures,
46 And said unto them, Thus it is written, and thus it behooved Christ to suffer, and to rise from the dead the third day:
47 And that repentance and remission of sins should be preached in his name among all nations, beginning at Jerusalem.
48 And ye are witnesses of these things.
49 And, behold, I send the promise of my Father upon you: but tarry ye in the city of Jerusalem, until ye be endued with power from on high.
50 And he led them out as far as to Bethany, and he lifted up his hands, and blessed them.
51 And it came to pass, while he blessed them, he was parted from them, and carried up into heaven.
52 And they worshipped him, and returned to Jerusalem with great joy:
53 And were continually in the temple, praising and blessing God. Amen.

Jesus tells that the LAW and the PROPHETS, were UNTIL JOHN. (one little bit wont pass from the law until ALL IS FULFILLED.)

Since then the kingdom of God is PREACHED, every man pressing into it.

Heaven and earth pass easier than one little bit of the law. (Till heaven and earth pass, one bit shall nor pass from the law, TILL ALL BE FULFILLED.)

Matthew 5:18 For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled.

Luke 16:16 The law and the prophets were until John: since that time the kingdom of God is preached, and every man presseth into it.
17 And it is easier for heaven and earth to pass, than one tittle of the law to fail.

Luke 21:33 Heaven and earth shall pass away: but my words shall not pass away.

Heaven and earth pass, (the law passes when all is fulfilled.) Jesus's words shall not pass.

The day of the Lord, to destroy the sinners out of the land. (of Israel.) The stars of heaven and constellations shall not give their light then, the sun shall be darkened, the moon shall not give her light.

God shakes the heavens, and the earth shall remove out of her place, in the wrath and day of the Lords fierce anger.

All the host of heaven shall be dissolved, and the heavens shall be rolled together as a scroll: and all their host shall fall down,His sword shall be bathed in heaven it shall come down upon Idumea, and upon the people of His curse, to judgment.

God will snow wonders in the heavens and in the earth, the sun shall be turned unto darkness, and the moon into blood. (not giving their light in the day of the Lord.)

The sun and the moon shall be darkened, the stars shall withdraw their shining, the Lord shall roar out of Zion and utter His voice from Jerusalem, and the heavens and the earth shall shake, but the Lord will be the hope of His people, and the strength of the children of Israel.

(Jesus turns to the daughters of JERUSALEM, to weep for themselves and their children. They came to the place which is called Calvary, there they crucified Jesus. At the sixth hour there was DARKNESS OVER ALL THE EARTH, until the ninth hour. Jesus CRIED WITH A LOUD VOICE, and gave up the ghost. Though Jesus was crucified in weakness, yet He lives by the POWER of God, we are weak in Him but we shall live with Him by the POWER of God towards us/the Lord will be the HOPE of HIs people and the STRENGTH of the children of Israel.))

Isaiah 13:9 Behold, the day of the Lord cometh, cruel both with wrath and fierce anger, to lay the land desolate: and he shall destroy the sinners thereof out of it.
10 For the stars of heaven and the constellations thereof shall not give their light: the sun shall be darkened in his going forth, and the moon shall not cause her light to shine.

Isaiah 13:13 Therefore I will shake the heavens, and the earth shall remove out of her place, in the wrath of the Lord of hosts, and in the day of his fierce anger.

Isaiah 34:4 And all the host of heaven shall be dissolved, and the heavens shall be rolled together as a scroll: and all their host shall fall down, as the leaf falleth off from the vine, and as a falling fig from the fig tree.
5 For my sword shall be bathed in heaven: behold, it shall come down upon Idumea, and upon the people of my curse, to judgment.

Joel 2:30 And I will shew wonders in the heavens and in the earth, blood, and fire, and pillars of smoke.
31 The sun shall be turned into darkness, and the moon into blood, before the great and terrible day of the Lord come.

Joel 3:15 The sun and the moon shall be darkened, and the stars shall withdraw their shining.
16 The Lord also shall roar out of Zion, and utter his voice from Jerusalem; and the heavens and the earth shall shake: but the Lord will be the hope of his people, and the strength of the children of Israel.

Luke 23:28 But Jesus turning unto them said, Daughters of Jerusalem, weep not for me, but weep for yourselves, and for your children.

Luke 23:33 And when they were come to the place, which is called Calvary, there they crucified him, and the malefactors, one on the right hand, and the other on the left.

Luke 23:44 And it was about the sixth hour, and there was a darkness over all the earth until the ninth hour.

Matthew 27:50 Jesus, when he had cried again with a loud voice, yielded up the ghost.

2 Corinthians 13:4 For though he was crucified through weakness, yet he liveth by the power of God. For we also are weak in him, but we shall live with him by the power of God toward you.

The Lord said, a little while and He will shake the heavens, and the earth, the sea and the dry land, He will shake all nations and the desire of all nations shall come, and fill His house with glory says the Lord of hosts.

God will shake the heavens and the earth, and overthrow the throne of kingdoms, and destroy the strength of the kingdoms of the heathen.

Apostle Peter a witness of the resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ, speaks of what was spoken by the prophet Joel, of the sun turned into darkness and the moon into blood (not giving her light) before the great and notable day of the Lord come. Then it shall come to pass, that whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.

Apostle Paul minister of the Gospel speaks of what was spoken by the Lord, of the Lords PROMISE of shaking yet once more not the earth only, but also heaven. Signifying the removing of those things that are shaken. Then those things which cannot be shaken may remain. (looking for new heavens and a new earth/receiving a kingdom which cannot be moved/we according to His PROMISE LOOK FOR NEW HEAVENS and a NEW EARTH.)

Haggai 2:6 For thus saith the Lord of hosts; Yet once, it is a little while, and I will shake the heavens, and the earth, and the sea, and the dry land;
7 And I will shake all nations, and the desire of all nations shall come: and I will fill this house with glory, saith the Lord of hosts.

Haggai 2:21 Speak to Zerubbabel, governor of Judah, saying, I will shake the heavens and the earth;
22 And I will overthrow the throne of kingdoms, and I will destroy the strength of the kingdoms of the heathen; and I will overthrow the chariots, and those that ride in them; and the horses and their riders shall come down, every one by the sword of his brother.

Acts 2:16 But this is that which was spoken by the prophet Joel;

Acts 2:19 And I will shew wonders in heaven above, and signs in the earth beneath; blood, and fire, and vapour of smoke:
20 The sun shall be turned into darkness, and the moon into blood, before the great and notable day of the Lord come:
21 And it shall come to pass, that whosoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be saved.

Hebrews 12:26 Whose voice then shook the earth: but now he hath promised, saying, Yet once more I shake not the earth only, but also heaven.
27 And this word, Yet once more, signifieth the removing of those things that are shaken, as of things that are made, that those things which cannot be shaken may remain.
28 Wherefore we receiving a kingdom which cannot be moved, let us have grace, whereby we may serve God acceptably with reverence and godly fear:

2 Peter 3:13 Nevertheless we, according to his promise, look for new heavens and a new earth, wherein dwelleth righteousness.

Still remembering the word of Christ that none of the law fails till all is fulfilled/till heaven and earth depart.

Jesus on the cross KNEW THAT ALL THINGS WERE NOW ACCOMPLISHED, that the SCRIPTURE MIGHT BE FULFILLED.

Peter speaking to the same people of Israel who Jesus had taught in keeping the commandments, and preaches to them Jesus Christ, how God had glorified His Son whom they had delivered up, and DENIED HIM, they DENIED the HOLY ONE, and the JUST, and DESIRED A MURDERER, to be GIVEN TO THEM, and they KILLED the PRINCE of LIFE, whom God has risen up from the dead, and they are WITNESSES. Peter preaches to them, how FAITH IN HIS NAME has made that man STRONG, who they knew about, that the FAITH which is BY HIM has GIVEN that man the PERFECT HEALTH in the PRESENCE OF THEM ALL.

God showed before by the mouth of ALL His PROPHETS, that CHRIST SHOULD SUFFER, He has SO FULFILLED. Peter tells the men of Israel to THEREFORE REPENT, and BE CONVERTED, for their sins to be BLOTTED OUT. (SHOWING that keeping the least or greatest of the commandments/any law, wont save the children of Israel, or anyone, repentance and conversion through FAITH SHALL.

John 19:28 After this, Jesus knowing that all things were now accomplished, that the scripture might be fulfilled, saith, I thirst.

Acts 3:12 And when Peter saw it, he answered unto the people, Ye men of Israel, why marvel ye at this? or why look ye so earnestly on us, as though by our own power or holiness we had made this man to walk?
13 The God of Abraham, and of Isaac, and of Jacob, the God of our fathers, hath glorified his Son Jesus; whom ye delivered up, and denied him in the presence of Pilate, when he was determined to let him go.
14 But ye denied the Holy One and the Just, and desired a murderer to be granted unto you;
15 And killed the Prince of life, whom God hath raised from the dead; whereof we are witnesses.
16 And his name through faith in his name hath made this man strong, whom ye see and know: yea, the faith which is by him hath given him this perfect soundness in the presence of you all.
17 And now, brethren, I wot that through ignorance ye did it, as did also your rulers.
18 But those things, which God before had shewed by the mouth of all his prophets, that Christ should suffer, he hath so fulfilled.
19 Repent ye therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, when the times of refreshing shall come from the presence of the Lord.

Apostle Paul the apostle to the Gentiles, having received of the Lord Jesus Christ the Gospel, speaks to the men of the stock of Abraham and whosoever among them who FEARS GOD, that to them the word of this SALVATION is sent, they at Jerusalem did not KNOW HIM, NOR YET THE VOICES OF THE PROPHETS, and have FULFILLED THEM, in CONDEMNING HIM.

The men of Israel fond no reason to kill Jesus, but wanted Pilate to kill Him. WHEN THEY HAD FULFILLED ALL THAT WAS WRITTEN OF HIM, they took Him down from the tree, laying Him in a sepulchre, BUT GOD RAISED HIM FROM THE DEAD. He was seen any days of those who came UP WITH HIM FROM GALILEE to JERUSALEM, who are HIS WITNESSES UNTO THE PEOPLE. They DECLARE unto them glad tidings, how that the PROMISE THAT WAS MADE UNTO THE FATHERS, GOD HAS FULFILLED the same unto them, HIs children, in that HE HAS RAISED UP JESUS AGAIN, as it is ALSO WRITTEN IN THE SECOND PSALM, Thou art my Son, THIS DAY HAVE I BEGOTTEN THEE.

Acts 13:25 And as John fulfilled his course, he said, Whom think ye that I am? I am not he. But, behold, there cometh one after me, whose shoes of his feet I am not worthy to loose.
26 Men and brethren, children of the stock of Abraham, and whosoever among you feareth God, to you is the word of this salvation sent.
27 For they that dwell at Jerusalem, and their rulers, because they knew him not, nor yet the voices of the prophets which are read every sabbath day, they have fulfilled them in condemning him.
28 And though they found no cause of death in him, yet desired they Pilate that he should be slain.
29 And when they had fulfilled all that was written of him, they took him down from the tree, and laid him in a sepulchre.
30 But God raised him from the dead:
31 And he was seen many days of them which came up with him from Galilee to Jerusalem, who are his witnesses unto the people.
32 And we declare unto you glad tidings, how that the promise which was made unto the fathers,
33 God hath fulfilled the same unto us their children, in that he hath raised up Jesus again; as it is also written in the second psalm, Thou art my Son, this day have I begotten thee.

Deuteronomy 32:44 And Moses came and spake all the words of this song in the ears of the people, he, and Hoshea the son of Nun.
45 And Moses made an end of speaking all these words to all Israel:
46 And he said unto them, Set your hearts unto all the words which I testify among you this day, which ye shall command your children to observe to do, all the words of this law.
47 For it is not a vain thing for you; because it is your life: and through this thing ye shall prolong your days in the land, whither ye go over Jordan to possess it.

2 Timothy 3:13 But evil men and seducers shall wax worse and worse, deceiving, and being deceived.
14 But continue thou in the things which thou hast learned and hast been assured of, knowing of whom thou hast learned them;
15 And that from a child thou hast known the holy scriptures, which are able to make thee wise unto salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus.
16 All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:
17 That the man of God may be perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all good works.
