The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) announced the arrest of Eduardo Aguilar, an illegal alien from Mexico residing in Dallas, Texas, after he posted on TikTok in Spanish soliciting the murder of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents.

It's what a lot of prominent people have been urged to stop, to stop the violent rhetoric which they know may very well push people who are mentally on the edge into action. We have seen these tactics used against President Trump and conservative Supreme Court justices as well.

The people should be able to practice their religion freely, speak freely, keep their weapons, have regular elections, have a small government, the courts should be fair and just, and transparency and accountability are vital. Congress, for example, is not required to release records to the public.
And the executive branch agencies routinely keep information classified. Automatic declassification at fifty years would be a start with a few minor exceptions would be a start.

Go back and read what he says. His message is for black and brown Americans, not people here illegally. Non citizens and the undocumented are already barred from legally purchasing a firearm so this doesn’t apply to them. This government isn’t being tyrannical towards people breaking the law here. It hasn’t sent its military and federal forces into foreign countries, they’re being deployed to American cities, to intimidate American citizens.

They’re just lucky to be picking on people who aren’t really the militia “don’t tread on me” Gadsden flag types.

In the context of this thread, it would not be deemed tyrannical for the governement to remove those who are here illegally. Immigration law and enforcement is a legitimate function of government and had been supported by the Supreme Court as Constitutional.

Are they? Is that the purpose?
