The case against Trump was raised to a felony by DA Bragg. It was nothing but a misdemeanor and Bragg brought it up to
a felony level so the Democrat Judge could hear the case and go after Trump. The Judge's daughter was a fund raiser for the Democrat party.
Bragg had campaigned that he would go after Trump if elected DA, which he did. He should never have been elected making such a promise
to prosecute an American citizen.

Also, the so-called fraud charges Bragg brought against Trump, were never claimed by the banks who gave Trump the loans to begin with.
This is because the total value for the property that Trump placed on his applications, were higher than the tax assessment, which is done all
the time.

The case will most likely be overturned by a higher court.

Those business records were applications for loans from various banks. The judge who heard the case instructed the jury that they must
decide guilty or innocent on each charge individually, which is why there were 34 convictions. Normally, they would've had the jury rule
just once for all the charges in the case for making false statements on each application. Again, the statement was that Trump claimed the property was worth more than what DA Bragg claimed it was worth. However, the banks didn't dispute the value of the property which Trump claimed but gave him the loans anyway. Again, this was a misdemeanor, but DA Bragg brought it up to the felony level, because he was going after
Trump as he promised in his campaign speeches.

The so-called hush money was from Comey according to him, which Trump denied, and this wasn't against the law anyway.

Porn Star Stormy Daniels. Daniels was ordered by a court to pay $120,000 in legal fees
to Trump, which she had yet to pay, so of course she was in on this case so she could get out of paying.
