I want safe streets. Apparently many Liberal Judges, especially in sanctuary cities, don't care about that.

Should I rely on them to keep me from being a victim of a criminal migrant?

If not how does tying up the courts with endless appeals, and the revolving door from the jail cell to the street. help stop the growing list of victims?

I won't stoop so low as to accuse you of not caring about our crime problem, as an outsider.

Actually, it's not. So it appears that you don't know how your legal system works.

You didn't seem to be aware of habeas corpus. Perhaps you aren't aware of the concept of innocent until proven guilty either. Repeat a claim without the 'alleged' outside a court and you leave yourself open to be sued for libel. Repeat inside a court and you might find yourself in contempt and the case dismissed. It's part of due process. Something else you seem not to appreciate.

I'm living with this insanity.

There is cartel activity all around me, right here in my county, with crimes so graphic that I won't mention them here.

It has touched many people who are close to me.

The prisons won't hold all of these people. Do you think that martial law, and concentration camps are a better solution?

I'm still waiting to hear your armchair strategy.

Was it the Obama administration that said the private militias cannot protect private property from criminal aliens along the border (otherwise legal in Texas. This isn't about how the president is polling. This is not about how well his base thinks he's doing. This is about whether or not illegal immigrants are charged with crimes that they have committed and whether they should be tried in court and duly sentenced if found guilty.

That's right. Don't deport those illegals for driving drunk without a license. Wait for a judge to release them on no cash bail, so that they can go out drinking and driving again, maybe in a car that they sole from me. That way when one of them kills someone; we can bring some serious charges, and let them slip through the cracks again.
