A thief apparently posted ads on Snapchat Marketplace for guns he stole in as little as two hours after stealing them. Apparently residents reported guns stolen and Sheriff’s Deputies looked for them online, found them, and arrested the culprit. The stolen guns include several handguns, a shotgun, and related items such as holsters and ammunition. It looks like the culprit is already a convicted felon, so he is being charged with possession of firearms by a felon, in addition to other crimes.
The story doesn’t say whether the guns were stolen from homes or cars.
This happened in Highlands County, Florida, which is an hour or two south of Orlando.
