I get it with Trump. Hes a man of basic bad character.
Biden seemed generally decent tho. With one glaring exception: his sense of self importance, which led him to disastrously cling to the notion of a 2nd term when he should have held to his one term promise.

Biden made compromises which certain critics saw as morally questionable (e.g., role in 1994 Crime Bill, Iraq War authorization, cozy ties with credit card industry from Delaware).
There was also a history of gaffes and exaggerations (e.g., misstatements on his academic record, campaign anecdotes).
But he seemed to have genuine compassion and personal warmth.
Anyway all politicians are bunk.

The problem I have with the issue of Biden is the cover-up, or perhaps more accurately the obvious attempt to look the other way by the mainstream media. Biden's aides being quiet about it is something I don't like, but it's expected. The fact is, I expect the staff of any President to do their best trying to cover up that sort of thing. I'm sure there's stuff about Trump they're covering up.
But the press? The mainstream media by and large tried to ignore the issue; it was only the right-wing media that were pointing out the obvious questions about Biden. Why was the media so derelict in their duty to be asking serious questions about Biden's acuity? And why should people trust them now after this dereliction of duty?

If White House doctors were saying the president is fine who would the media be to question their judgment? Saying “I don’t believe you, there’s something medically wrong with the president” would be the media inserting their own non-medical opinions on his health. Then how trustworthy would they be?

I'm not saying they should have declared there was absolutely something wrong. But they sure weren't pushing it as much as they should have when there were so many signs of health deterioration the public could see (and it's worth noting that physicians have absolutely been deliberately quiet about presidential health issues or played them down before, see Woodrow Wilson and Franklin Roosevelt).
They certainly don't seem to have much of an excuse for the degree to which they went after Robert Hur for his findings or tried to play them down.
