So you don't want him punished for the crimes that you say he comitted? You're going to give him a free pass on those?
It's a matter of practicality. The Democrats let in millions of criminals which overwhelms our system. The most important thing is to save as many victims and potential victims as possible.

Setting aside the issue of deporting him, what is the reason or justification for deporting someone to a country other than the one they came from?
In this case a U.S. judge would not allow him to be deported to his home country. A number of countries won't take their citizens back.

Thank you. Isn't that just handing our problem to someone else?

Wow, I wish people would stick up for the poor housewife who was thrown in jail by the Biden Admin for blocking access to an abortion clinic as they do for this guy.
You can’t block abortion clinics, which nobody disputes she did. You can’t threaten or intimidate people accessing legal medical care, either, which was what the bulk of her and her co-defendants sentences was for. Play stupid games, win stupid prizes.

She has nothing to bleat about, anyway. She got a movie sure to be watched by dozens of people.

His life may be in danger sending him back from where he came from. Quite often it's the reason why someone originally left.
It's a matter of practicality. The Democrats let in millions of criminals which overwhelms our system. The most important thing is to save as many victims and potential victims as possible.
So he doesn't get punished for whatever crimes he might be accused of. Sounds like a great deal to me. Come to the US from El Salvador, join a gang, deal drugs, smuggle people and the worst that will happen is that the government will give you a free trip home.

Are you being serious? I don't think you've really thought it through, have you...

That's true. Back in the day.

But correct me if I'm wrong, some of you want illegal immigrants deported simply because they are illegal immigrants. So if you have someone who has been here for decades, married a citizen, works hard, paid his taxes and raised a family but is here illegally, you just want him deported. And if there's someone you say is human trafficking, a gang member and dealing drugs, then...you just want him deported.

Maybe you can explain the logic of both of them being treated exactly the same.
Ok Bradskii, I'm going to give you a thumbs up on this one only because Garcia paid his taxes  (drats!!! Foiled again)

I would like to have Garcia face criminal charges for any crimes he is suspected of doing. The only one we can't do is the domestic violence case. The wife recanted and it's too late. He's still a wife beater, just can't be prosecuted for it now.

Let him have his day in court for any other criminal acts hes suspected of and if he is found guilty he goes to jail and then to Africa after hes served his time. If he's found not guilty then he gets shipped to Africa for being an illegal.

It's the neo-Marxist leaders of the Democratic Party that have been pushing that line, whites are supposedly the oppressors. Could you imagine if the media reversed that and gave the numbers of murders committed by blacks (last time I saw stats the majority were committed by blacks) and also stated their relatively small percentage of the population? The left would be outraged since they preach "systemic racism" and that blacks are the oppressed.
The Nation emerged from the Civil War still a racist nation, (we were actively hunting down indigenous peoples), that stain didn’t just “disappear”, it’s followed the generations to where it’s still better for BIPOC (and/or the societally-marginalized) than ever before; but that not by that much.

Everyone is free to hold the opinion that white-society has given non-white-society a great place to live…even though it’s not “theirs” to give, no, rather it is all of ours’ responsibility to value everyone, or what are we even doing here!?

Utter gish gallop. We are not a racist nation and there is nothing racist in this nation that is holding BIPOC back from succeeding.

Not sure what you are trying to say here. Of course we should value almost everyone. There are those we shouldnt value however and certain cultural values we shouldnt value either. Such as the cultural values surrounding fatherless homes. We shouldn't value gangbangers or white supremacists.

Look up the origin of the term “redskin”, (in referring to America’s indigenous peoples).

I’m saying it shouldn’t matter where people are born. Or what they look like.

I remembered the news article, but not the person who shared it. My memory is good enough to remember a lot of facts, but abysmal with name/conversation connection… As anybody here (and IRL) can attest to.

Fair enough. I agree.

Weird. On another thread one of your cohorts said America is very racist to white people. Sounds like another opportunity for your group to come together and agree what the consensus is… Not racist or very racist.
