CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

My guess is Out of sight, out of mind. Apparently most people would benefit from therapy.I hope all the people involved in January 6th. And other acts of violence should have to have therapy.

Yes, many do. Unfortunately, therapy can be incredibly expensive for some.

Elsewhere in that article, it says that she told the Secret Service she was going to kill Trump and the judge is quoted as letting her out because he didn't think she could follow through on the promise, because she was described doing it with a bladed weapon and if she'd had access to a gun, he would've decided differently.
