To the pure all things are pure; you see an adversary, what I see is the purpose God purposed in himself ... as the path he chose ...
You need to choose your words. When you say, “without God, there would have been no sin”, you make God the author of sin. You may believe that is not what you say, but wording it that way does not communicate your thoughts clearly.
First, since God is existence itself, “I am who am”, the fact that we are here makes it absurd that we only sin because of God
If there is no God, there is no existence, and if nothing exists then neither does sin exist, but we do exist, so the thought is absurd
The human mind does not like absurdity, although we can contemplate it. A person that lacks understanding hears your words and wrongly reasons that all he has to do is believe God does not exist and his sin disappears
That is not true, but Scripture warns us that there are those that love not the truth, so we need to choose our words carefully, else we solidify another in his error. Scripture gives us clear warning.
In Ezekiel 3
18 If, when I say to the wicked, Thou shalt surely die: thou declare it not to him, nor speak to him, that he may be converted from his wicked way, and live: the same wicked man shall die in his iniquity, but I will require his blood at thy hand.
19 But if thou give warning to the wicked, and he be not converted from his wickedness, and from his evil way: he indeed shall die in his iniquity, but thou hast delivered thy soul.
20 Moreover if the just man shall turn away from his justice, and shall commit iniquity: I will lay a stumblingblock before him, he shall die, because thou hast not given him warning: he shall die in his sin, and his justices which he hath done, shall not be remembered: but I will require his blood at thy hand.
21 But if thou warn the just man, that the just may not sin, and he doth not sin: living he shall live, because thou hast warned him, and thou hast delivered thy soul.
Being pure does not give us license to have the wicked contemplate the non-existence of God.
That is a misinterpretation of the verse to the pure all things are pure. The meaning is to the material things of the world, not to acts or thoughts of sin which are pure to no one
