Trump is in much worse health at this point in his term than Biden was at the end of his. Did you see his walk down the red carpet on the Alaskan tarmac? Have you noticed him dragging his right leg on the golf course? Can you even picture Donald on a bicycle?

Trump has been overweight for most of his life and admits he doesn’t exercise because it “wastes energy” (whatever that is supposed to mean).

Maybe he has good genetics and will be around for a long time albeit not in the best health?

God only knows

This sword cuts both ways. At least liberals conceded after the 2024 debate. What will it take for Magadonians? I specify them because ordinary Republicans and conservatives are likelier to admit the evidence of their eyes than diehard fans are.
Very true. I can only wish both Biden and Trump the best. Saying that as a very moderate Republican with serious issues with Trump.

Which claim is ridiculous as there are several? That Biden is more physically fit than Trump? That Biden can ride a bike and Trump can't?

I don't know that I posted about Biden's health one way or the other.
Again ridiculous. Wrong on all counts Biden fell off of his bike. If you had said Trump doesn’t ride a bike that would be accurate, but you have no idea if he can or not. So strike two. I seriously doubt you have ever posted anything even slightly questioning Biden’s ability. Strike three unless you prove me wrong. If you show me otherwise I will publicly apologize to you,

Do you think they would hesitate for one second to lie about this if they thought it served their interest?
Considering how much lying there was about Biden's fitness, sure. But I haven't heard anything about Trump showing signs of ill health.

Trump says he's in good health. And so does the US Navy physician who examines him. The only thing that hasn't been published are lab work numbers like his red blood cell count and such. But since Dr. Barbabella states in writing that President Trump remains in excellent health, the numbers must be alright.

Not that I care either way about Trump health. But the doctor would only say, what Trump told them to say. It's against the law, for doctors to tell a patient medical information to other people. I'm sure he has issues with his heart, probably stage one or two fatty liver. But with medication and a healthy diet. That can be taken care of. He's about 79 or 80. He would be a lot healthier, if he ate right and exercised. That's what people should be trying to get kids and adults to do. As for his mind , who knows. As far as I see, he's not a good person at all. And I believe he mocks God. And his supporters are ignoring or blind to it. I have a bigger issue his actions. Than his health, that is being treated. Why he don't seem to care about the middle lower class and the poor.

Fatty liver from poor food choices and/or obesity? He doesn’t drink because his older brother died from alcoholism.

Will he change his ways? Doubtful.

There's no reason to believe Dr. Barbabella is lying, which means Trump's ways haven't had a detrimental effect on his health. I hope I'm that healthy and robust when I turn 80.

That’s true. Again, only wishing the President the best of health, but he is no spring chicken.

That's not exactly what that means... that likely just means whatever ill effects his diet has had on him is well controlled with medication.

The report did reveal that he's on 2 meds for cholesterol and blood pressure. As well as having diverticulosis (revealed by a colonoscopy)

If his bad diet didn't have any negative effects, he wouldn't be on Rosuvastatin and Ezetimibe.

And for diverticulosis, the two largest risk factors are:
Diets low in fiber and high in processed foods
and
Obesity

I'll grant that, he's gotten away more unscathed than others in that same situation (My Grandpa's diet was very similar to Trump's, and his medication list was much longer than 2 when he was in his 70s)

You need to watch more movies from the 70s.
I was born in 1995 ;) seen plenty of horror movies from the 70s, BUT I’m getting off topic

Apparently it means “slow person”

Good to know!

Peace

Dr. Barbabella is on record saying Trump is in excellent health. Considering his heart and cardiovascular system checked out okay, his cholesterol levels must not be much of an issue. And do we really know what Trump's diet is? What did he have for breakfast, lunch, and dinner yesterday?

Biden's physical health was okay. His cognitive health was the issue. Reagan was in great physical shape too.

I’m not saying Biden has Alzheimer’s or dementia, but personally the changes in his personality and speaking from 2008 until he was president in 2020-2024 are entirely obvious.

I just have to be intellectually honest.

And no, I’m not diagnosing him.

Correct, is cholesterol levels are currently fine thanks to the two meds he's on. But his doctor wouldn't have put him on those if the levels were fine on their own.

As far as his diet, he's been pretty open about what he does and doesn't like to eat in various interviews. (granted it was during his first term)

He said he often skips breakfast, but when he does have it, it's typically bacon and eggs. He said his go-to lunch is meatloaf sandwiches.

For dinner, he enjoys McDonald's offerings (particularly Big Macs, Filet-o-Fish, and Quarter Pounders with cheese), or a steak cooked extremely well-done, coated in ketchup. (and a big fan of having 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream for dessert)

Like I said, that was from back in 2016... the fact that he's recently lost about 30 pounds is hopefully a sign that's he's reigned some of that in and is either eating less of it, or perhaps made some healthier substitutions.

Although, as of nine months ago, there's not any huge indicators that much has changed

He doesn’t drink because his older brother died from alcoholism.

There's that possible reason...

However, there's also another explanation that may co-exist for that.

People who are control freaks and people with some narcissistic tendencies (which I think it's safe to say he's a little of column A and a little of column B) often avoid alcohol as well, out of fear that they may "lose control" or a fear that being in an inebriated state could make them look bad and impact how people view them.

Ah, I see.

That doesn’t surprise me because the liver detoxes everything, not just alcohol.
