The criminal fraud trial, brought by Bragg not James (civil fraud), did have a jury trial that was presided over by the Honorable Juan Merchan, not by his Honor Ergeron. (the more time passes, the more fuzzy the details become).

The jury did find Trump guilty on 34 counts.

I don't know. Since there was a bill introduced to upgrade the known inadequate computer system in 2023 (before DOGE was a thing) I would say they exposed something already realized.

For that crime, Trump considers dredging up more ancient history. NO ONE IS ABOVE THE LAW.

I think the guy giving nods and winks to the LAW to get it to do something is maybe above it.
