I join my prayers to yours, and also pray that the terrorists repent of their evil and confess Jesus Christ our Lord, who desires not the death of a sinner but that he may change his ways and live. I pray that having repented, they make reparations to those they have harmed, and encourage other terrorists to do likewise.
I also pray that Christ our True God will protect all endangered religious and ethnic minorities of the Middle East, including the Jews (especially those living outside Israel, who cannot move without hardship or risking the safety of their families, such as those in Iran), the Samaritans, the Druze, the Circassians, the Turkmen of Iraq, the Assyrians, Aramaeans, Phoenicians, Armenians and Copts, the Alawis, Alevis, Bektasis, Mevlevis, Yazidis, Yarsanis, Ishikists and the Zoroastrians of Iran and the Falashas in the tribal areas of Pakistan, and especially the persecuted Christians suffering from Islamist terror and oppression, in alphabetical order the Alexandrian Greek Orthodox, the Anglicans of Egypt and the Middle East and Pakistan, the Antiochian Orthodox, the Armenian Apostolic Church and Armenian Catholics, the Assyrian Church of the East and the Ancient Church of the East, the Chaldean Catholics, the Coptic Orthodox, the Cypriot Christians including the Anglicans, Catholics, Orthodox and other Protestants, the Eritrean Tewahedo Orthodox, the Ethiopian Tewahedo Orthodox, the Greek Orthodox Patriarch of Jerusalem, especially those members living in Islamic areas and areas threatened by Islamist terrorism, the Latin Rite Catholics, the Maronite Catholics, the Melkite Greek Catholics, the numerous smaller Protestant churches, the Phanariot Greek Orthodox of the Ecumenical Patriarchate living in Constantinople, which is wrongly called Istanbul by the Muslim rulers, and all other Christians living in Turkey and other Islamic countries, the Church of Sinai, and the Syriac Orthodox.
