There is mounting evidence that the Biden administration tried to cook the books to give Democrats an unfair advantage, which explains why a minority of Democrats (43% compared to 83% Republicans) approve of President Trump’s decision to take a new census that excludes illegal aliens from the population count.

Certainly by now many Democratic realize that illegals counted in the census did substantially help Democrats.

I was under the impression that the 2020 census was carried out under President Donald J Trump; did Biden use the Obama Time-machine to affect the results?

While I think its true that Biden continued the process, this was a problem long before Biden. The census was done under Trump and not Biden.

Trump did try and deal with the illegal question and was sued by Democrats and they put a stop to it.

But I do absolutely think illegals should be eliminated from the census. They aren't supposed to be here to be counted.

Does he, though?

-- A2SG, he's not a lawyer, ya know....
Indeed, Trump says his lawyers have to follow what the Supreme Court says. There have been a number of rulings by the Supreme Court. Does every person that puts a foot on U.S. soil get a trial to determine whether they can stay or not? The Supreme Court has ruled that is not the case.
The framers of the Constitution never imagined that a president would break the border laws and allow 20 million people to cross our borders in one term. I think, addressing Trump's point, they would find it absurd that every one of the 20 million deserves a lengthy trial and years in our swamped court system. So too remember that we were approaching a situation under Biden where our founding document states it is not just our right, but our duty, to form a new government should such abuses have continued.

Have you read the article? It makes lots of claims but would point me to the part that has the hard evidence?

‘We all know” and ‘polls show’ obviously don’t count.

Would this be the Supreme Court that is in Trump’s pocket?

Yes, but does he know he, himself, swore to preserve, protect and defend the Constitution? He did it twice, you think he'd remember.

There have been a number of rulings by the Supreme Court. Does every person that puts a foot on U.S. soil get a trial to determine whether they can stay or not? The Supreme Court has ruled that is not the case.
Maybe not, but everyone who is accused of a crime here is entitled to due process of law before any penalties are imposed. It's in the Constitution

The framers of the Constitution never imagined that a president would break the border laws and allow 20 million people to cross our borders in one term.
President Biden didn't break any laws. Unlike the current holder of the office.

I think, addressing Trump's point, they would find it absurd that every one of the 20 million deserves a lengthy trial and years in our swamped court system.
Then maybe more judges should be appointed. Gee, if only Congress would pass a bill to do that.

So too remember that we were approaching a situation under Biden where our founding document states it is not just our right, but our duty, to form a new government should such abuses have continued.
You really think that's going to happen?

-- A2SG, me, I kinda doubt it...

You assume the illegal population distribution favors Democrats? Do yoy have any data to back up that assumption?

How silly. Texas, Florida and Arizona have very large undocumented populations that swung congressional representation in their favor.

I know Trump kept exaggerating the number of people in the country without proper documentation/permission to stay to even bigger numbers with each retelling, but I don't recall him taking that number above 20 million people total, which would be 8-9 million new entrants in the Biden Admin (which is not likely to be plausible, but let's not dwell on that). This number more than doubles that. (And I see from the link blurb, the nypost article makes the same claim, so it is clearly not your number.)

We can only estimate how many crossed the border undetected. Certainly no one should trust numbers from an administration that claimed the border was safe, secure, and closed.

And they [the non-partisan federal workers] have been doing that for years. That's why we know there were 11-12 million in the US when Trump left office.
