So how come his words were not used against him in a court of law? No indictments, criminal charges, or criminal convictions. We are not arguing that the man says stupid stuff. For that, we don't need the Epstein files. Here it is:
In an episode of the Howard Stern Show in April 2005, Mr Trump said: “Well I’ll tell you the funniest is that I’ll go backstage before a show and everyone’s getting dressed and ready, and everything else, and, you know, no men anywhere, and I’m allowed to go in because I’m the owner of the pageant and therefore I’m inspecting it, you know, I’m inspecting, I want to make sure everything is good.
“You know, the dresses. ‘Is everyone ok?’ You know they’re standing there with no clothes. ‘Is everybody okay?’ And you see these incredible looking women. And so I sort of get away with things like that”.
Most mental health people don't consider letching on young teens to be pedophilia; the term sometimes used is "hebephilia." As you probably know, young teens were the target group for Epstein and others who molested them. In this case at least, they were for Trump, too.
Trump's comments on the Howard Stern show is the evidence. We don't need the Epstein files to know that he was creeping into the young girls' dressing room. He admitted it on the air.
