It merely shows that he's a sexual creeper who committed sexual assault, who is interested in young girls. Doesn't prove he did that with Epstein. It's circumstantial evidence.

But that is not evidence regarding the Epstein files.
It's evidence as to Trump's inclinations. In a court of law, it would be accepted.

Other than a civil case there are no criminal charges, no indictments, and no convictions.
The court found that he sexually assaulted a woman and then slandered her. And there is in evidence, Trump bragging about getting away with sexual assault.

He really had no chance, given the evidence.

And yet, no charges, no indictments, and no convictions. If a court of law would accept what you claim then why has charges not been brought? Based on the article that I posted he should have been charged well before he entered the political arena if the allegations were provable.

Why didn't Biden release this under his term? You're continual rants are meaningless because you didn't challenge Biden at all regarding the release of the list or whatever. I mean, had he done so, if you are correct, everyone would have been made aware of what Trump was a pedophile. It would have been so simple. But Biden didn't. There was NO NEED for any cover up feom Biden. Yet he didnt do it. Despite the fact everyone knew Trump was going to run. All the calls of how dangerous he was and how he was going to end democracy and was going to act like Hitler and they didn't use the one thing that might have actually done him in. Why not?

Nah, I'm no longer going to address this with you. You argument makes no sense. Now its just about trying to make FAKE claims or INSINUATE certain things when your team could have settled this question 4 years ago. Which tells me that there really is nothing there and rhere is a REAL reason for why rhey aren't releasing things and it has nothing to do with Trump.

The real question ought to be is what is rhe REAL reason they aren't releasing stuff. Trump is just a distraction from the real reason.
Biden never ran on or promised to release anything related to Epstein. That was Trump who made that a campaign promise. The official story from the government that he killed had himself in his cell was always good enough for most people on the left. We’re not the ones obsessed with finding pedophiles lurking in our government. Remember, Epstein mysteriously dying in his cell was the supposed “cover up from the deep state” that Trump was promising his base he would expose.

This whole Epstein thing and the reason why the left is so adamant about pressing this button is because it is just about the clearest example of Trump LYING TO YOU, HIS SUPPORTERS about something he said he’d do when he needed the votes. He only promised YOU, his supporters, that he would release the files and expose the creeps who worked with Epstein. Now everything he does is trying to put distance between him and his promises he made you and hoping you either don’t notice or don’t care to hold him to it.

Did you see rhe video? That dude was putting on a wild performance. Yelling, getting in their face, calling them Nazis bending up.and down, jumping a little and then wound up and threw the sandwich as well as any major league pitcher. Then he took off running. What a performance! Now he really is famous! And he's now going to be famous in jail without work.

Yes, I saw his action. It wasn't wise to say the least. An Air Force Veteran and DOJ employee should know better. He was one man facing thirteen federal officers....on one street corner.

The feds continued the national theatre:

On Thursday, the White House posted a professionally edited, multi-camera video titled “Nighttime Routine: Operation Make D.C. Safe Again Edition” showing heavily armed law enforcement officers converging on a West End apartment building in Washington, D.C.

The Trump administration’s footage opens with on-screen text, “West End DC, 11:09 p.m.,” showing police cars, FBI agents, and U.S. Marshals converging on a residential neighborhood before cutting to “11:13 p.m.” as officers in helmets, guns drawn, and carrying bulletproof shields file into a narrow corridor inside an apartment building. More than a dozen officers appear in the sequence. The next shot shows a man in handcuffs standing in front of an elevator. By “11:21 p.m.”, the man is escorted into a waiting police car. The video closes on a black screen showing a sketch of the White House and an American flag, with the words: “The White House. President Donald J. Trump.”

All for one man, who presented no danger other than using strong language and threw a hoagie at an officer. A straight up misdomeaner in any other circumstance.

But the theatre continued:
The DC prosecutor charges him with a felony stating no will touch the police (or something to the effect).

[Meanwhile all of the J6 convicted criminals who did more than touch the police are pardoned].

I dont know the laws in DC or the federal laws that would govern this situation. In my state it wouldnt have been considered a felony becauae the officer wasnt Injured or wasn't in danger of being injured. However it would still be a misdemeanor assault.

The judge rejected the charge as "excessive" over the weekend. The defended was released and ordered to appear in court at a later date....after the DOJ attornies were unable to argue he presented a threat to public safety...

Oh look, the performance contines (I hope the Guard can at least see some of the D.C. sites on their off time):

Three Republican-led states, responding to a Trump administration request, said Saturday they will send up to 750 National Guard troops to join 800 already mobilized in D.C.
South Carolina Gov. Henry McMaster said he would deploy 200 troops “to stand with President Trump as he works to restore law and order to our nation’s capital.” Ohio Gov. Mike DeWine said he was sending 150 military police from the state’s National Guard. The Ohio Guard members are expected to arrive to D.C. in the coming days, DeWine said in a statement.
They followed West Virginia Gov. Patrick Morrisey, who said 300 to 400 National Guard troops would be called up.

President Donald Trump claimed without evidence early Monday that his predecessor’s pardons for members of the House select committee that investigated the Jan. 6, 2021, attacks on the Capitol are invalid because then-President Joe Biden didn’t use a real pen. And when asked on Monday if he has used autopen, the president said he has.
Without evidence? It is clear that many EO’s were signed with auto pen. There is evidence some were signed without Joe’s knowledge. All recent presidents have used it but not to the extent In Biden’s case. Your point that Trump says he has used the auto pen is a weak defense for what happened with Joe and a ridiculous comparison.

West Virginia, South Carolina, Ohio to deploy National Guard troops to D.C.

Three states moved to deploy hundreds of members of their National Guard to the nation's capital as part of the Trump administration's effort to overhaul policing in Washington through a federal crackdown on crime and homelessness.

West Virginia said it was deploying 300 to 400 Guard troops, while South Carolina pledged 200 and Ohio says it will send 150 in the coming days. [To add to 800 DC NG]

Gov. Phil Scott, a Republican from Vermont, declined on Friday to send the state's National Guard troops to the nation's capital. Scott's chief of staff, Jason Gibbs, told Vermont Public that while public safety is a "legitimate concern" in cities across the country, "the governor just does not support utilizing the guard for this purpose, and does not view the enforcement of domestic law as proper use of the National Guard."

The activations suggest the Trump administration sees the need for additional manpower after the president personally played down the need for Washington to hire more police officers.

[Again, this suggests that Trump favors military intervention over civilian law enforcement.]

[It's also useful to have forces 'from the provinces', who may show less reserve than local troops.]

Without evidence?
Yep. He provided no evidence for that. Worse, Trump admitted that his staff had used autopen. The usual observation; to see what Trump has done, see what he's accused others of doing.

Do you mean the forged birth certificate?
No one is buying that story, any more. Even most MAGA followers know better. The kicker is that newspapers in Hawaii reported Obama's birth when he was born.

Now, MAGA does go in for weird conspiracy theories, but it seems astoundingly unlikely that someone back then realized that Obama would some day be president of the United States, and faked his Hawaiian birth just to cover up.

C'mon.

Statute of limitations on the sexual assault charge. The only reason the court found Trump to have criminally assaulted the woman was that he slandered her for saying so, and in doing got nailed with damages. Twice. The first time, he wasn't smart enough to shut up about it, and slandered her a second time. That cost him a lot more money.

Trump has been convicted of 34 felony counts. But not that one. The criminal fraud convictions were related to his hush money payments to cover up his affair with a porn star.

No comparison, every president has used it except for Biden . His staff most often used it and sometimes without Biden’s knowledge. When all of this stuff finally comes out someone is going to have a crow eating buffet.

As you seem to be aware, Trump's people have used it without Trump's knowledge.

Which isn't as bad as what happened to him in his first attempt to be a president:

Trump’s aides stole his papers ‘to protect the country’

President Donald Trump’s closest aides have taken extraordinary measures in the White House to try to stop what they saw as his most dangerous impulses, going so far as to swipe and hide papers from his desk so he wouldn’t sign them,

Still no evidence regarding the Epstein files.

Still no evidence regarding the Epstein files.
But given Trump's history of creeping into young girls' dressing room, sexual assault, etc., it's not surprising that most Americans think he's hiding the files for a reason.

Probably but still no evidence regarding the Epstein files. Allegations are not evidence. Make an argument when you have evidence.

Allegations are not evidence.
But his history of creeping on underage females is evidence. His bragging about getting away with sexual assault is evidence. The court decision that found he had sexually assaulted a woman is evidence. Motive and opportunity.

No point in denial, really. Trump could, if he wanted, just come clean and clear his name with the files.

Assuming that they don't implicate him, of course.

Again, you still have no evidence. The court that found him “guilty” was not a criminal court but a civil court. The burden of proof is much lower for a civil court.

All of that is evidence. Facts are evidence.

The court that found him “guilty” was not a criminal court but a civil court.
The court only found him guilty of lying when he said he didn't sexually assault the female in question. Then, after losing the trial, he slandered her yet again. So she sued him again, and won an even bigger judgement. He's not very bright, you know.

And there's no question about Trump creeping into a dressing room where young teens were naked. He bragged about getting away with it.

Would you like me to show you?
