Futurist Only Was the "Practice" Red Heifer ceremony actually the real deal?

On July 1, 2025, there was a "practice" red heifer ceremony/burning where it was claimed they used one of the disqualified heifers as a test run.
It seemed odd that they'd need practice to do this but at the time I thought the Talmudic Jews are very very specific about their rituals, even to a degree that God did not require in scripture.
However now the Evangelical Rancher in Texas who donated the red heifers said that this was the real deal a month after the fact so that everything has been taken care of and it didn't get interrupted. He posted it on his facebook including videos.

So, the Temple Institute now has the Ashes they believe are necessary for ritual purification for temple service and to enter the Holy of Holies.

So this last month the Temple Institute has been saying "mourning is over, building has begun" etc.

Given scripture, I am convinced that ceremonies in a physical third temple will be of no effect.
  • Spiritual Israel (Romans 11, Galatians 3:28, Colossians 3:11, Romans 2:28-29)
  • Spiritual temple (John 2:19-21, Mark 14:58, 1 Corinthians 3:17, 1 Corinthians 6:19-20 and Ephesians 2:19-20)
  • Prophecy pointing away from physical Israel (Daniel, Revelation, et al). That ancient saying, "All roads lead to Rome," rings true, just as the Reformers concluded.

see the futurist tag please.
Historicist and Preterist views are just not going to align with anything, much less the current way the world is going.
They're going to build a temple, and Antichrist is going to defile it.

I followed it. I had nothing brilliant to say. Now I don't know that I qualify to comment because of the 'Futurist Only' tag. Oh well. I'm still following the discussion for what it's worth.

I do the tag because if you don't, preterists flood the thread to tell you about how it all happened in 70AD and we're currently living in heaven now etc, it throws off the topic into a debate about futurism vs preterism. So not wanting that I put the tag to hopefully discuss what's happening with it.

Which is apparently the rabbis disagree because it didn't fit the Talmud, despite it fitting requirements of Numbers 19
