"Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court."

Your opinion doesn’t mean much as far as the law is concerned. Vague claims of disloyalty won’t cut it when the constitution specifically states you need two witnesses to the overt act of treason to charge someone.

What country were we at war with that Senator Schiff was providing aid and comfort to? That’s what you need to charge someone with treason in the United States.

Schifft was providing aid and comfort to the Russian and Chinese government every time that he accused Trump with false lies of collusion with Russia. Also, that Democratic whistleblower has called Schifft treasonous.
