Oh, he may be successful in locking up juveniles and trying them as adults.

I'm encountering every day, people in a large city literally laying on the sidewalk during the weekday in front of a business

People step over or around them, except for some of us who are working that day as missionaries

We stop and establish a friendship in that we ask for their name and if we can pray for them

There is the sharing of the gospel message and inviting people to attend various services and devotions

Many actually do perk up at any human connection with them

Most don't come after that, but some do....

Its very heavy of an experience and being in constant prayer to do this work is necessary
