You used the word condemn people to hell .... only Jesus has that prerogative. We humans do not have the power to condemn someone to hell
We used the word of God to "judge" someone ... it is the Word of God that judges.

In scripture there is no such creature as a sole individual. There is the person, and there is the tempter or his own within all of us.
So, both never and yes are both completely TRUE and ACCURATE
