I'm not sure what a video that makes allegations about Fani Willis has to do with Trump's prosecution by Leticia James in NY State?
As for the video, the little investigating I've done casts a lot of doubt on her story. First, Brazilian Wikipedia about her lists a number of allegations of fraud, where she's made up stories and faked documents previously. She's currently under indictment in the US for fraud with money sent by clients to obtain E-2 and EB-5 visas.
Last, as for her Barr claims, for some reason the text messages she's using as "proof" refer to "Mary Barr," not Bill Barr, who she claims to have been working with. Most of her "evidence" is her own handwritten notes, which (given her alleged history of fraud, including fake documents) is not strong evidence. It also seems doubtful, even ignoring the allegations of past fraud, that Barr and Williams would involve a former investigative reporter into schemes against Donald Trump.

The only evidence I can find appears to be said nutter's word that "20 FBI agents kicked down her door and wouldn't let her call her lawyer," as related to Ted Nugent. Not exactly the most...reliable...of sources.

She was difficult and uncooperative provided a clearly false address but she relented and provided a real address

The FBI used a large number of armed agents to arrest a "difficult" and "uncooperative" defendant who'd provided a false address? It sounds just like the general problem of an overarmed, overreacting, militarized law enforcement that we now live with, nothing special about being a criminal of a particular flavor. Given her behavior, I'd not have been surprised if they'd had the same overreaction if they'd only arrested her for some medical scam. (I'd be shocked if she wasn't doing something illegal on that front, but she'll never be charged for it.)

Donald John Trump had taken boxes of documents that didn't belong to him, lied about it, refused to give over the bulk of it when asked to and actively sought to thwart government agents seeking their return.

3 Beverly Hills residents, including a doctor, arrested in U.S. Capitol attack
Three Beverly Hills residents have been arrested on federal charges alleging they were part of the mob that stormed into the Capitol earlier this month.Gina Bisignano, 52, was taken into custody by FBI agents Tuesday morning and John Strand, 37, and Simone Gold, 55, were arrested on Monday, according to a spokeswoman for the FBI’s Los Angeles office. The arrests all occurred without incident, and the three made court appearances Tuesday afternoon, the spokeswoman said.
