I do not doubt for a moment that the standards are top-notch, whether the real-actual facilities are, is where we run into problems.

Because members of Congress have the right to visit these centers, numerous members from Florida also visited and saw similar atrocities.
Whistleblower employees are starting to reveal how horrible their workplace is. The few who were released say exactly the same.
DHS is not objective. They built the place. Sadistic? Most likely. Objective? No.
I did hear Noem, who throws dogs into pits and shoots them for misbehaving, say that the facility exceeds federal standards, but her actions give her very low credibility.

We'll see what the courts say.
