Have you ever been through a season where it felt like every prayer was just hitting the ceiling?
I have. And I learned something beautiful in that season: sometimes God calms the storm… and sometimes He calms His child in the storm.
A few months ago, I was walking through what felt like the darkest valley of my life. I prayed, I fasted, I cried—but the situation didn’t change immediately. What changed first… was me.
God strengthened me in ways I didn’t expect.
He surrounded me with people who prayed for me when I couldn’t even pray for myself.
He reminded me that His presence was more powerful than my problem.
It was in those moments I understood Psalm 46:1:
It may not make sense now, but one day you’ll look back and see how God used even this season for your good.
Have you ever had God strengthen you in the middle of a storm? I’d love to hear your testimony.
